Privacy

Your information.
Handled with purpose.

How HRAH handles website inquiries, attachments, technical logs, and requests about personal information.

Information you choose to send

When you use a contact form, we receive the fields you complete, your message, and any files you upload. You may leave your name, email address, and phone number blank in the general contact form. Without a contact address, we may be unable to reply.

Partnership and giving-instructions forms require an email address so our team can respond to the request.

How inquiries are handled

Messages and attachments are saved on our server. A notification and uploaded files are delivered to a restricted team chat through Telegram so the request can be reviewed. Telegram processes that delivery under its own terms and privacy practices.

We use the information to understand the inquiry, communicate with you, coordinate appropriate work, and maintain necessary records. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.

Technical records and external services

The website server records technical request information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the service. Our forms also use an abuse-prevention field and request limits.

This version of the site does not include advertising pixels, embedded social-media feeds, or third-party analytics scripts. Links to Wise, Instagram, research sources, and other external sites take you to services with their own practices. We do not collect payment-card details through this website.

Your requests and practical precautions

Contact us if you would like to ask about information you have provided, correct it, or request deletion. We may need information sufficient to identify the relevant record and consider applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Please keep your first inquiry focused. Do not upload passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, or documents that are not needed to understand the question.
