Standing against censorship and discrimination targeting conservative and traditional voices — in defense of freedom of speech, religious liberty, and human rights

1. Who We Are
We are HUMAN RIGHTS & ANALYTICAL HOUSE, INC., a registered nonprofit human rights organization based in Florida, USA.
Our mission is to defend traditional values, freedom of expression, religious liberty, and the rights of people of faith, especially in an era of increasing digital pressure and global ideological censorship. According to our observations, such censorship disproportionately affects individuals with traditional and conservative views, as well as those who seek to preserve cultural and national traditions.
The organization was founded by human rights advocates and bloggers who, in our view, have suffered from systematic digital discrimination, censorship, and suppression for defending human freedoms — including the right to speak out against coercive medical practices.

2. The Problem
Major digital platforms — especially Meta (Instagram and Facebook) — have, in our opinion, been implementing a long-standing pattern of shadow banning, demonetization, and content suppression targeting those who express:
• religious perspectives on marriage, family, morality, and sin;
• patriotic or conservative political views;
• support for traditional societal values and the right to dissent from dominant ideologies, including radical LGBT narratives;
• convictions that medical interventions should not be imposed without informed, voluntary consent.
Conservative content creators around the world — including those in Russian-speaking communities — have, in many cases, faced account restrictions, content takedowns, reduced visibility, or full deplatforming for sharing views aligned with their faith or worldview.
In our view, these practices form a systemic pattern that raises serious concerns about the erosion of equal access to digital platforms and the right to share information without ideological discrimination — particularly in a context where tech giants have effectively become monopolies controlling the flow of public discourse. We are also deeply concerned that hidden, unregulated algorithms may be operating outside the bounds of law, silencing voices at scale, without due process or transparency.

3. Purpose of the Lawsuit
We are preparing to file a collective lawsuit in U.S. federal court against Meta Platforms, Inc., representing a group of content creators who believe they have been harmed and who have united through our organization to seek legal redress.
This lawsuit seeks to:
• obtain legal recognition of Instagram’s practices as a form of ideological discrimination and violation of free speech;
• challenge shadow banning, demonetization, and other restrictions likely imposed on the basis of religious or political expression;
• secure damages for the harm suffered;
• establish a legal precedent to protect the rights of people of faith and those who uphold traditional values — both in the U.S. and worldwide.

4. Why It Matters to People of Faith — and to Society as a Whole
This is not just a legal case. It is a moral and cultural stand — a fight to uphold the right to speak one’s convictions, to call sin a sin, and to live and express one’s faith without fear.
According to our observations, digital corporations are increasingly trying to impose a new moral framework rooted in their own ideology, while marginalizing dissenting perspectives — particularly traditional religious beliefs and even alternative scientific views.
If we don’t stand up now, it may soon become impossible to participate in meaningful public dialogue or search for truth without the risk of being silenced by monopolistic digital gatekeepers.

5. Why It Matters for the United States and the Free World
We are filing this lawsuit in the United States for a reason:
• The United States was founded on the principles of freedom of conscience and speech.
• The U.S. Constitution has inspired countless nations in their pursuit of liberty and human rights.
But if even here — in the heart of the free world — tech corporations with monopoly power can silence dissent and suppress viewpoints, then freedom is at risk everywhere.

6. What Makes This Project Unique
• We unite people of faith, human rights defenders, politicians, artists, scientists, and bloggers who stand against digital authoritarianism and corporate overreach.
• We are acting not just for the United States, but on behalf of the global community — promoting foundational freedoms in regions where they are still under threat. This project brings together predominantly Russian-speaking conservatives from multiple countries who have experienced censorship and digital discrimination. It creates a unique bridge of friendship, trust, and conscience between American patriots and international advocates.
• We aim to demonstrate that the U.S. legal system can serve as a powerful instrument in the global fight for liberty and human dignity in the digital age.

7. What We Are Looking For
We are seeking informational partners and allies — especially among religious and conservative organizations in the United States and abroad — who are willing to:
• support our project by sharing it on social media and through mailing lists;
• help us reach elected officials, journalists, and media outlets;
• offer advice, contacts, or simply encouragement;
We are a young and unique organization — and any form of support is invaluable to us.
