Free Speech vs Instagram

A Legal Initiative to Defend Human Rights and Digital Freedom

This initiative seeks to protect freedom of expression and digital rights by supporting a legal challenge against Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram) for alleged discriminatory censorship of public voices expressing conservative, traditional, or religious perspectives — particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The lawsuit aims to uphold the rights of individuals who were de-platformed or suppressed for advocating bodily autonomy, medical ethics, and civil liberties. Organized and facilitated by HUMAN RIGHTS & ANALYTICAL HOUSE, INC., a nonprofit public interest organization based in Florida, this project provides legal and operational support for those affected by ideological suppression.

It also fosters cooperation between American and Russian-speaking professionals, including human rights defenders, legal experts, and public figures facing marginalization or exile by authoritarian regimes.

Core Project Activities:

– Coordinating plaintiff outreach and legal team logistics

– Engaging U.S.-based attorneys, ethics experts, and digital rights advocates

– Publishing bilingual legal briefs and policy analyses

– Raising awareness and funds through targeted outreach

– Building sustainable partnerships with organizations committed to liberty and human rights

Strategic Goals

In addition to supporting current legal action, the project aims to expand long-term institutional capacity for our nonprofit mission. We welcome collaboration with like-minded individuals, nonprofits, and institutions worldwide who are committed to advancing human rights through advocacy, research, and cross-border cooperation.

By amplifying voices with lived experience of repression, this initiative contributes to American and international discourse on freedom, transparency, and the ethical governance of digital platforms.

How You Can Support

We are currently inviting:

  • Sponsors to help cover legal expenses, in accordance with written agreements and nonprofit compliance
  • Journalists and media platforms interested in covering the case or raising awareness
  • Legal professionals and human rights organizations willing to contribute research or serve as amici
  • Concerned individuals committed to defending civil liberties in the digital age

Financial support is welcome via all major methods listed above. Your donation directly supports legal access for individuals who stood for ethical and constitutional values during times of crisis.
