Free Speech vs Instagram

A Class Action Lawsuit to Defend Human Rights and Digital Freedom

We are launching a class action lawsuit against Instagram (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.) for systemic censorship, discrimination, and violations of fundamental rights—particularly targeting individuals who hold conservative, traditional, and religious views, as well as those who spoke out against forced vaccination policies and defended human rights during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This legal action is organized by HUMAN RIGHTS & ANALYTICAL HOUSE, INC., a registered nonprofit human rights organization based in the United States. Our mission is to challenge ideological pressure in the digital space, protect freedom of expression and religious liberty, and restore justice for those whose voices have been deliberately silenced.

Who Can Join the Lawsuit

Only public figures are eligible to join the lawsuit—those whose advocacy during the COVID-19 crisis was open, visible, and of public importance.

This includes:

  • Independent bloggers, journalists, and public commentators
  • Lawyers, doctors, and experts who publicly opposed human rights violations during the pandemic
  • Influencers, thought leaders, and civil society representatives who experienced digital discrimination from Instagram due to their beliefs or public statements

We are focusing on individuals whose positions were publicly known and whose online activity played a visible role in defending civil liberties.

How to Apply

👉 Please use the contact form at the bottom of this page to apply no later than April 19, 2025.

Support the Cause

We are also inviting:

  • Sponsors who are willing to help fund legal expenses, with the possibility of fair compensation from any awarded recovery (based on written agreements)
  • Media outlets interested in covering the case or collaborating on awareness
  • Attorneys and human rights organizations willing to partner or support as amici
  • Concerned citizens who want to defend civil liberties in the digital age

You can support the project financially —by using any major bank card, PayPal, Zelle, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency. A donation link will be provided below.

Legal services and expert work in the United States are expensive. Your support helps ensure that this case remains accessible to public figures who stood on the front lines of truth and human rights during the COVID-19 crisis.
