HUMAN RIGHTS & ANALYTICAL HOUSE, INC. - is a non-profit organization based in Florida, USA, committed to the protection of human rights, the development of fair democratic processes, and the promotion of equal access to justice for all individuals, with a particular focus on underrepresented and marginalized voices in the global human rights landscape.

We believe that true democracy and the rule of law must be founded on the principle of equal rights and protections for all social groups, regardless of ideology, race, nationality, religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or worldview. However, we have observed a growing imbalance within the international human rights movement: the systemic underrepresentation and, in some cases, direct marginalization of individuals and communities who advocate for traditional and conservative values.

As highlighted in our recent analytical research paper, “Problems with the Selective Approach of Human Rights Organizations in Protecting the Rights and Freedoms of Advocates of Conservative Values and the Issue of Equal Access to Human Rights Protection for Different Social Groups,” the global human rights field has become increasingly dominated by ideologically homogeneous liberal circles. These groups, while making important contributions to the defense of many rights, often exclude or deprioritize the concerns of citizens whose beliefs align with family-based, religious, cultural, and national traditions.

This has led to a noticeable asymmetry in the way rights are defended and represented. Conservative individuals, religious communities, traditionalist movements, and those upholding classical moral frameworks are frequently stigmatized, misrepresented, or denied equal access to legal and social protections. This creates not only a legal and moral concern, but also threatens the integrity and inclusiveness of the human rights movement itself.

In response to this challenge, our organization is devoted to restoring balance and justice within the field of human rights advocacy. We actively work to:
  1. Conduct in-depth research and publish analytical reports that uncover cases of discrimination, double standards, or exclusion faced by traditionalist or conservative individuals and groups.
  2. Provide legal and informational support to those whose rights have been violated based on their commitment to family values, religious faith, or traditional moral principles.
  3. Create platforms for dialogue and cooperation between American institutions and conservative civil society actors from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and other countries where democratic rights and freedoms are endangered.
  4. Strengthen the role of American democracy in promoting a truly universal human rights agenda — one that includes the voices of all communities, including those that are often overlooked or actively excluded by mainstream liberal organizations.
  5. Advocate for a democratic future in which diversity of thought and belief is genuinely respected and protected under the law.
While our primary mission includes the protection of conservative and traditional value advocates, we categorically reject all forms of discrimination or exclusion based on any human trait or belief. We believe that the defense of rights cannot and must not be selective. All people, regardless of their identity or ideology, deserve equal attention, support, and access to justice when their rights are under threat.

We do not view our mission as a counterbalance to other rights movements in a spirit of confrontation. Rather, we see our role as completing the broader picture of human rights advocacy by giving voice and protection to those often neglected. By addressing the current disproportion in representation, we aim to help build a more just, more inclusive, and truly pluralistic system of democratic engagement.

In our vision of democracy, fairness is not measured by who shouts the loudest or who fits the dominant ideological trends. Fairness is measured by equal treatment, honest inclusion, and the availability of human rights protection for every group — liberal or conservative, religious or secular, majority or minority.

Our organization also works internationally, building bridges of mutual understanding between the United States and countries with complex political environments, including authoritarian or semi-authoritarian regimes. We are uniquely positioned to facilitate communication, provide verified information, and contribute to U.S. policymaking and NGO strategies through our access to grassroots networks, conservative communities, and independent experts in Russia, Belarus, and beyond.

Through our public events, conferences, publications, and strategic partnerships, HUMAN RIGHTS & ANALYTICAL HOUSE, INC. strives to educate, empower, and unite diverse voices in the service of human dignity. Our work promotes a vision of democracy that goes beyond polarization, beyond ideology, and toward shared human values rooted in freedom, truth, and justice for all.

We welcome cooperation with individuals and organizations who do not promote ideas or ideologies that are widely regarded as objectionable by people of traditional values and beliefs.

We are committed to working with those who stand for mutual respect, equality within human society, and the unwavering defense of human rights and freedoms under any circumstances. We strongly support genuine, authentic democracy — the very foundation of the American nation and state.

As a young and independent nonprofit organization, we currently do not receive support from large or institutional sponsors.
