⚠️ URGENT WARNING

The WHO is unexpectedly attempting to adopt its pandemic treaty through clear procedural fraud and deliberate concealment of information — bypassing its own rules and protocols. The Russian human rights coalition “Lawyers for Truth” has issued an official statement rejecting the agreement and withdrawing trust in the WHO and the UN on behalf of the people — due to the WHO’s unlawful conduct.

Full Statement by Russian Human Rights Defenders (English Translation)

The agenda of the 78th World Health Assembly (May 19–27, 2025) includes Block 2 of Article 16, which directly addresses the adoption of the pandemic agreement (“pandemic treaty”). None of the regulating documents were published on the WHO website on time. This constitutes serious procedural violations committed by the WHO and personally by its Director-General Ghebreyesus (Section 15 of the Rules).

We demand a moratorium on the review of the pandemic agreement or any other document adopted by the WHA regarding pandemic preparedness. These "decisions" directly affect bodily autonomy and human health and violate Articles 19 and 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as well as the 1976 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

We categorically reject the right of delegations — including the Russian one — to vote on our behalf and to adopt this agreement, as they are not authorized by the people to make such decisions amidst a loss of public trust.

We demand that each delegate confirm their lawful authority to represent their nation’s legitimate interests in this WHA agenda item.

We declare that we will not recognize any decisions adopted at the 78th WHA session on this issue except for a moratorium. We withdraw our trust in the WHO and the UN and affirm that these institutions now act against the interests of humanity. We possess truthful information about them that undermines any remaining credibility.

We will no longer tolerate the abuse inflicted on humanity during 2020–2021, when people were forced into taking untested injections, wearing masks, and enduring lockdowns. This scenario will not be repeated!

The world will resist the signing of this pandemic treaty. We commend the peoples of the United States and Argentina for withdrawing from this alarming and dangerous process.

We reject the offer to adopt and ratify the pandemic agreement. Without acceptance, it is null.
